School Field Trip

10:00am, October 25, 2011

~Monday- Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM are reserved for field trips only. The general public is not allowed on the grounds during those hours.

~Please allow 3-4 hours for all activities.

~Field trip rate only available to public, private and preschools. Home school groups must have at least 25 students to qualify.

~Please bring a list of assigned chaperones and provide it at the admissions window. We require one assigned chaperone per ten students and that chaperone is FREE.

~Parents and siblings are welcome; however, if they are not an assigned chaperone they must pay the general admission price + tax.

~The Country Store is open after lunch for all guests to purchase souvenirs, candy, drinks, & homemade pies.

~Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time. If you are in doubt about the weather conditions, please check to see what is Fresh Off The Farm at www.fiddlesticksfarms.com or call 432-687-MAZE before departing for Fiddlesticks Farms.

~Dress comfortably as if you are going camping. No sandals or flip flops. Wear shoes conducive to walking. Remember that you will be on a farm, so dress appropriately for the best experience. There is not a wind block from the cold fall/winter winds, so please advise students to dress warmly.

~We have men's and women's porta potties along with a handicap/family porta potty located throughout our property.

~A hand washing station is located next to the porta potties and the farm animals.

~Fiddlesticks Farms accepts cash, credit cards and School checks. Purchase Orders are also accepted, however, Fiddlesticks Farms must receive them at least ONE WEEK prior so that payment can be made the day of the scheduled fieldtrip. The credit card used for your reservation will not be charged until the day of your reservation. If you choose to pay by school check or cash on the reservation day, the card will not be charged at all.

~Fiddlesticks Farms concessions ARE NOT available on field trip days, therefore please have EVERY teacher, student and chaperone bring a sack lunch, or if you would like, CiCi's Pizza is happy to deliver. Please call the CiCi’s managers at (432) 685-3020 between 8:30 AM -11:00 AM for more details or to place your order. **At least ONE DAY ADVANCE NOTICE is needed! Minimum order is 5 pizzas!** Schools are tax exempt and purchase orders are accepted!
**Large- 15” single topping pizzas- $4.99 each (Add Toppings- $1.50 each)
