Private Party -GREEN TENT

1:00pm, November 3, 2024

Looking to party in a fun casual outdoor setting? Highland Orchards is just that place!

When you book the GREEN TENT at Highland Orchards you will be reserved the space of the tent and 8 Picnic Tables for two (2) hours. You will be able to decorate, cater, and celebrate how you please! Add-on some Fresh Cider, Apple Cider Donuts or bags of corn to feed the goats to really pump up the party! Bonus: you will be able to take advantage of the near by events going on, like the food trucks, the beer garden for the adults, the playground and other family friendly activities like PYO and Leisurely Hayrides. (Please refer to our Events and Posts on Facebook for the most detailed updates on these farm fun activities!)

Includes:
2 - Hour time slot. Allowed 30mins prior for set-up, 30mins after for clean-up.
1 - 25’x42’ Tent Space, approximately 55 guest capacity
8 - Picnic Tables, approximately 6 guests per table comfortably

Fresh Apple Cider, $7.50/Gallon
Apple Cider Donuts, $11/Dozen
Corn for Animals,
.5lb Bag -Bulk, $6/each (Approximately 10+ Servings)
1oz Bag -Individual, $1/each


*Please Note: We are unable to supply any sort of electrical hook ups to the tent areas, please plan your occasion accordingly!


NOTICE: By making this reservation you affirm on behalf of the group or persons registered your organization and its members as individuals shall hold Highland Orchards, Inc. harmless for any liability claims arising from participation in a tour and/or event. The group or persons you represent have made your own arrangement for medical coverage. You understand that your group is responsible for your own supervision and safe conduct. Participation in a tour and/or event is at your own risk. Upon arrival the group or persons agree to provide a written signature to our Hold Harmless agreement before participating in the tour or event. Our farm in a working farm. We ask that you and your group be aware of holes, poison ivy, bees, and working farm equipment. Please be sure to pack appropriate medications for allergies and designate an adult to administer the medication as necessary.

Price:  $250.00 per group  (includes 55 people)

Extra Person Price:  $10.00 per person
