Fall Private Hayride

Imagine: Riding along cuddled up next to your favorite person, taking in the colorful sunset while snacking on a delicious Apple Cider Donut -Just dreamy! Highland Orchards’ private hayrides are a great way to enjoy quality time with your guests while also taking in the scenic beauty of Chester County! A Fall favorite activity, these hayrides book up fast! Check out all your options below!

One Wagon holds approximately 35 adults comfortably.
$130/ per wagon, per hour. 50% Deposit due at time of booking.
Options:

*1-hour Hayride
A relaxing tractor pulled wagon ride around the most scenic parts of our Orchards. Guests will remain in the wagon for entirety of the ride. Apple Cider and Apple Cider Donuts available for pre-order only, cups and napkins are not supplied. We highly suggest blankets. Speakers for music are allowed at a respectful volume. Any items brought by your group must fit onto the wagon with you. Overweight wagons are a safety hazard and will not be permitted at any time.

*2-hour Hayride w/campfire
Start off with a scenic 45-minute tractor pulled wagon ride through the orchards to the private campfire area. Your driver will aid with loading/unloading guests at this location. Your driver will also start the campfire for your group. You will have the campfire area to yourself for one (1) hour followed by a 15-minute ride back to the parking area. Fire ring is surrounded by log seating, you may bring your own chairs or a small table. Apple Cider and Apple Cider Donuts available for pre-order only, cups and napkins are not supplied. You will need to supply your own supplies for any campfire cooking you wish to do as well as supplies needed to make all your guests comfortable. Such as a flashlight, bug spray or blankets. Speakers for music are allowed at a respectful volume. Any items brought by your group must fit onto the wagon with you. Overweight wagons are a safety hazard and will not be permitted at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no bathroom, portopotty or trashcans at the campfire sites. We recommend bringing a trash bag and warning all guests that nature is the bathroom.

*Extra Time at Campfire $100 per hour, up to two hours . Subject to availability of wagons/drivers.

NOTICE: By making this reservation you affirm on behalf of the group or persons registered your organization and its members as individuals shall hold Highland Orchards, Inc. harmless for any liability claims arising from participation in the tour and/or event. The group or persons you represent have made your own arrangement for medical coverage. You understand that your group is responsible for your own supervision and safe conduct. Participation in the tour and/or event is at your own risk. Upon arrival the group or persons agree to provide a written signature to our Hold Harmless agreement before participating in the tour or event. Our farm in a working farm. We ask that you and your group be aware of holes, poison ivy, bees, and working farm equipment. Please be sure to pack appropriate medications for allergies and designate an adult to administer the medication as necessary.
