Thank you for choosing Pinehaven Farm for your child's birthday party!

Birthday Party Package Includes:

FREE admission for the Birthday Child

Reserved seating picnic area for 2 hours

Access to all activities included in the general admission price for as long as you would like to stay

A pick-your-own pumpkin from the field for each guest*

The ability to bring in food and beverages such as birthday cake/cupcakes, sandwiches, pizza, juice boxes, water, etc. (No alcohol).

3 picnic tables, a bonfire pit, and wood for the fire

*Children 2 years of age and under are free and will not receive a pumpkin.

There is no electricity available at picnic sites

Cost: $475 for up to 24 people (including the birthday child). Includes the price of admission for your guests. Extra guests beyond 24 people cost $19.00 each.

We do require a non refundable $50 deposit to hold your reservation. If the weather is unfavorable, you may request to reschedule your party for another day up to 24-hours in advance of your event. Please email us at pinehavenfarm.mn@gmail.com to do so.

IMPORTANT:
~In the "School or Organization" box, please enter Birthday Child's Name and Age they are turning.
~In the "Grade Level" box, please enter 'N/A'
~In the "Number in Group" box, please enter the approximate number of guests that will be attending, children and adults combined. (children 2 and under are free)
~In the boxes next to the add-on options, enter the number of children who will be participating in that add-on. Do not include children 2 and under. Add-ons are for children only.
~In the "Departure Time" box, please enter 'N/A"
~In the "Payment Method" drop down please select cash or credit. We do not accept personal checks.
