Host an unforgettable party at Seward Farms!
Looking for a memorable way to celebrate? Seward Farms offers the perfect party experience for kids – and even adults!

Party Package Details:
Enjoy exclusive use of our designated party hut for THREE hours.
Wagons are available to help transport your supplies form your car to the party area.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and set-up.
A round table is available inside of the party hut for your convenience.
We do allow outside food and drink for birthday party hut rentals, just please keep in mind there is no electricity at the hut. We do not allow any grills to be brought in to cook food, all food must be prepared before arrival.

Pricing:
$450 for up to 30 guests | Ages 3 & Up (children & adults) | 2 & under are free (do not include them in your headcount)
+ Additional guests over the 30 head count are $13.00 per person.

Booking Information:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your event.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so AT LEAST two weeks prior to your party date.

Important Reservation Instructions:
When booking online, please enter “1” for the number in your group – this will reserve one party hut for your event.
Do NOT enter any number higher than “1”, as this reservation is only for 1 birthday party hut.
