Exciting Changes: We are very excited to announce the opening of our FarmYard activities area at Tuttles this fall, which your group may visit on the day of their tour! The FarmYard is a very large activities area which includes the former Tractor Town area plus an expanded play area, yard games, the corn maze, the corn pit, and the sunflower meadow (when in season). We are excited to be able to provide a lot more space and activities for groups and families to enjoy while they visit the farm. Admission to this area is included with your tour and your group may visit this area before or after your tour. If visiting before your tour, then please be sure to allow plenty of time to gather everyone and use the restroom before your scheduled tour time.

The former Tractor Town area has changed and has non-staffed exit points allowing groups easy access to other activities in the FarmYard area. Because this space is much larger than the former Tractor Town area, we strongly recommend that homeschool groups or co-ops have a minimum of 1 adult chaperone for every 10 students when visiting the FarmYard activities area. This will allow you to divide your participants into smaller groups so they can enjoy different activity areas while still having an adult chaperone with each smaller group. Teachers/Chaperones will be responsible for deciding what areas of the FarmYard they want their children to enjoy, supervising and keeping their group together when visiting the various activity areas of the Farmyard.

Inclement weather: Homeschool tours will run rain or shine. If it is raining on the day of your field trip, then your tour will be moved inside. Each child will still receive a pumpkin and four apples to take home. The Farmyard and wagon rides may be closed if it is raining. Tours may be cancelled by Tuttle Orchards on the morning of the tour if inclement weather with high winds and/or thunderstorms are expected. We will not cancel tours before the day of the tour due to the weather, as the weather forecast often changes. If your tour is cancelled by Tuttle Orchards, then you will be issued a refund on your credit card.
